If you're looking to do an architectural change to your property in Long Creek Village, your request must be approved before any work is done.

Please use this form to submit the request to the Architectural Review Committee for approval.

Please allow 3-4 weeks for a response from the committee.

Forms that could be required, depending on your request

• Actual COPY of recorded property survey with detailed measurements of the location of proposed changes or additions clearly shown.

• The Photos of samples of structure requested (hand drawings NOT acceptable)

• Detailed plans or drawings, including three (3) views (front, top, side), must show architectural detail.

• Landscaping details (types of plants, quantities, additions, removals).

• Fence Applications must include the signature or email from the adjoining property owner indicating agreement with the fence's location.

• Shed colors and roofing color must match the home and roof color. Supply a color sample.

• Sheds must be placed 3 feet off the property line per Winston-Salem building code. Also, a Winston-Salem Permit will be required.
