Owner / CEO
Meet our CEO, Mark Saunders, a highly accomplished and driven REALTOR® with a passion for real estate and a commitment to excellence. After graduating from Appalachian State University, Mark embarked on his full-time real estate journey in 2005, carving a path of success and growth within the industry.
Mark's dedication to the REALTOR® community is evident through his active participation on the Board of Directors for both the Winston-Salem Association of REALTORS® and the North Carolina Association of REALTORS®.
Additionally, he has been an integral member of the North Carolina Association of REALTORS® Young Professionals Network, holding esteemed positions as vice chair in 2014 and chair in 2015.
In 2012, Mark's expertise in technology and real estate was recognized, and he was invited to teach a class at the local REALTOR® association on current technology in the real estate industry. The class quickly sold out within days and proved a resounding success.
This experience inspired Mark to establish his own real estate school, The Real Estate Brokers Academy, where he developed and wrote multiple courses for the NC Real Estate Commission. His commitment to sharing knowledge and advancing the industry led him to become a sought-after speaker, delivering engaging talks in over 30 cities every year.
Mark has been honored to speak for prestigious organizations, including the National REALTORS® Association, the National Association of Residential Property Managers, the NC Secretary of State, and the NC and SC Associations of REALTORS®.
In 2022, Mark's exceptional business acumen led to the successful sale of Saunders Property Management to a large multi-state property management company. The following year, he launched Saunders HOA Management, aiming to elevate the industry standard of HOA (Homeowners Association) management services.
